Connecting your toothbrush to your mobile device requires your smartphone or tablet to be turned on, with Bluetooth activated and your toothbrush nearby.
Option 1: You have just downloaded the Colgate Connect app.
Open the app, create your account and select Colgate Smart Electronic toothbrush from the menu below.
Option 2: You already have an account.
Select the toothbrush icon at the top left (under iOS) or the central bar (for Android devices).
Connect your toothbrush.
Once you are on the “Connect your toothbrush” screen, you have two options:
Option 1: If your charger is nearby and plugged in, we recommend that you place your Colgate Smart Electronic toothbrush on top of it.
Pairing will take place automatically when you select “Start.”
Option 2: You are unable to place your Colgate Smart Electronic toothbrush on the charger.
Select “I do not have a charger” (below the “Start” button ).
If you have selected the “I do not have a charger” option, a list will be displayed as below.
Select your toothbrush (by default, its name will start with “Colgate Smart Electronic toothbrush” then a series of figures that you can find on the side of the box) when it is displayed on the screen.
You can rename it if you wish.
